Dining here comes with a 360° landscape. We sit on the edge of Pululahua volcano, one of only two inhabited volcanoes in the world. A handcrafted building of pumice stone, stone and wood creates a warm space in harmony with its surroundings.
For 35 years we've welcomed visitors to the Middle of the World, celebrities among them.
